Ruth Jasmine Magee, M.A.R., I.I.R.

I qualified with the International Institute of Reflexology in the UK in 1996. I trained in Meditation and Relaxation Healing with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, UK. I also come from a strong background in Media (BBC), Communication and Fashion.

I have led classes and workshops in Meditation & Relaxation and Reflexology. I have also given classes in Grooming, Body Image and Body Ideals. The purpose of these classes is to cultivate a positive and more balanced approach towards our ideals of beauty and how we see ourselves. These courses are particularly suitable for teenage girls and women.

My aim is to inspire, uplift and facilitate clients to become more aware of their body/mind health, and enable them to experience a calmer and more peaceful state of being regardless of circumstances, disharmony or illness.
